Abstract
Purpose: To report the clinical experience of endourologic management of ureteroenteric stricture after urinary diversion.

Patients & Methods: We have retrospectively evaluated the results of endourologic procedure for ureteroenteric stricture after urinary diversion. Success was defined as radiologic improvement and/or the ability to return to full activity in the absence of flank pain, infection, or the need for ureteral stent or nephrostomy tubes.

Results: Eight patients underwent endourologic procedure due to ureteroenteric stricture. Left side stricture was more common than right side (Lt: 6, Rt: 2). With a median follow-up of 29 months, the overall success rate was 37.5% (3 of 8). No perioperative complication occurred.

Conclusions: Endourologic management could be a minimal treatment option for patient with ureteroenteric stricture after urinary diversion.
